Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with legal professionals and support personnel to coordinate and manage active case matters.
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials.
  • Analyze and summarize records, reports, and other documentation to support case strategy and workflow.
  • Assist with fact gathering, information management, and organization of case files.
  • Support the preparation and review of filings, communications, and related legal documents.
  • Maintain efficient systems for document management and records organization.
  • Conduct research, track information, and generate reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support on a variety of matters and projects.

Background & Experience

  • Prior experience in a legal support, case management, or related professional role preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate, degree, or comparable professional experience welcomed.
  • Experience handling complex matters, extensive documentation, or litigation-related work is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and support multiple stakeholders effectively.
